I wish Father’s Day would have been more eventful, but it is tough to make it different from any other day. Zach wanted to use the smoker to make dinner, which I felt weird about. I had a dinner planned, but he actually enjoys smoking meats…so it didn’t seem nice to deny him that pleasure. He tended to that a lot of the day, we went to Best Buy, and he had to take a quiz for his online masters course. Sounds fun, huh? Not too much different from our normal Sundays….oh well….
Sam got his dad a nice card and two new All-Clad Non-Stick Frying Pans in different sizes. Zach loves to make omelettes, but he needs a non-stick pan to make them….and our one non-stick frying pan is the worst (was the worst....it got tossed). Out with the old and flaking and in with the new and truly non-stick.
Sam had on a 'My Daddy Rocks' shirt, but by the time we got around to taking pictures, that outfit was in the washing machine. Here are a few pics from the day. :)
